Part time 3:30pm - 10:30pm Friday - Sunday.
£8.72 per hour

You will be supporting young adults with high functioning Autism, to live in their own homes, helping them to develop new skills, increase their independence, enabling them to access the community and get involved in various activities in order to have a better quality of life.

The position offers plenty of work/life balance with shift patterns covering days and evenings.

Skills and experience required:

  • For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9 .
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential as we provide full training and support.
  • You may already have experience caring for a family member or friend and want to turn that personal experience into a career.
  • Compassionate and patient with the desire to make a difference
  • A good sense of humour.
  • Resilience is key
  • A full, clean driving license is preferred as users will have mobility vehicles.
