Who We Support
Aspirations are skilled in providing support for adults who may have very complex and/or display behaviours that challenge. These people may require our support as they live their lives with mental health needs, learning disabilities (including profound and multiple learning disabilities) and autistic spectrum disorder. In addition some of the individuals we support may have or had offending behaviours that are considered a forensic risk.
Aspirations’ Children’s Residential Services and our sister company The Leaving Care Company provide support to children, young people and young adults, who are leaving care. Our support is personalised, flexible and highly effective in supporting those children and young people who are vulnerable (often victims of abuse and sexual exploitation) and have complex emotional, social and learning needs. This often means our dedicated teams in our residential settings and The Leaving Care Company support children and young people with highly challenging behaviours with underlying complex emotional, social and learning needs.
Our adults, young people’s and children’s teams through their training and experience are expert at working alongside individuals using person-centred practice leading to agreed outcomes which include promoting the persons wellbeing, community inclusion and independence.
